A Brief History

Hi! Let me introduce myself & tell you a little more about me and Virtually Yours, LLC. My name is Sandra Johnson, but everyone just calls me Sandi. I founded my practice in 2003 with what I thought (at the time) was a unique idea—remote administrative support for local small business owners. In 2006, I stumbled upon the Virtual Assistance industry and suddenly realized that what I was doing for small biz owners in my local area wasn't quite so unique, nor was I limited simply by geography - I could work with just about anyone, anywhere. I organized Virtually Yours as an LLC in early 2006 and soon took on my first international client.

My Experience

My professional life spans over 16 years in American business, within a variety of industries and supportive roles. With over 15 years customer service experience, 7 years administrative experience (ranging from unit secretary to Operations Manager), 4 years of 'real world' experience running my own business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Admininistration, there's not much I haven't seen or done when it comes to business. In my "Corporate America" days, the industries in which I worked ranged from F&B to health care, from print & broadcast media to commerical real estate management. It is from these experiences that I gained the wisdom and knowledge that so benefits my clients now.

Me, Personally

If you're curious about me—the real-live person behind Virtually Yours, LLC, - then let me tell you just a little bit. I live in a rural area just outside of Augusta, GA. It's the kind of place where you know the police officers by name and most of the businesses in town are small Mom & Pop kind of places. I'm a Mom and a business owner, but I still find time for my favorite hobbies—horseback riding, jet skiing, writing, and hiking.

I'm a firm believer in quality of life. After all, what's the point of living your dreams if you don't have time to enjoy the life it brings you? It is this principle that led me to start Virtually Yours—to give clients the opportunity to live their dream of having their own business, but still have the time to enjoy what it brings to their life. Let's face it - owning your own business can be a dream come true, but it can drain all your time and energy when you're trying to do it all yourself. So, what can I do to help you live your dream and still have time to enjoy it?
