First, we discuss the needs of your business. This is accomplished through a complimentary telephone consultation. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour (depending on where our conversation goes!), and by the time we're done, we should both have a really good idea about what your business needs are, and if we would be a good fit for each other. Don't worry though... we're not trying to reinvent the wheel. We're just going to figure out a way to make it roll better!

Next, we determine the specific services you require, the approximate time needed, and the frequency of those services.

Rates

Unlike many other Virtual Assistant firms, we use a flat-fee system for clients. We offer several support options ranging from lightweight support services to full administrative support of your business. During our initial consultation, we should be able to determine what support plan would work best for your particular business and work style and therefore, what rate plan works best. Since we don't focus on billable hours, there's never a need to track time used or decide what projects have priority so you don't go over your allotted hours for the month. Instead, we focus on results!

At Virtually Yours LLC, our goal is to work with clients to find the solutions that work best for their business model and work style. Whichever rate plan works best for you and your business is what we'll go with. As your needs and goals change over time, we can change your rate plan to meet your needs!

Agreement

Finally, once we've come to a decision on the who's, what's, how's and when's, we put it all in writing via a signed service agreement. This agreement outlines everything expected from you as the client and Virtually Yours LLC as the service provider. Everything is spelled out so you don't have to remember what was said, what is included, or how much it's going to cost. Everything is clearly stated so you have documentation to refer back to if you later need to remember something.

Once all the administrative stuff is out of the way, we can get down to the business of helping you run your business better. This can be accomplished through email, fax, instant messaging, telephone, and U.S. Mail, depending on the services provided. Whatever suits your needs, rest assured that Virtually Yours LLC has a way to make it happen!
